  • Pre-requisite: You have gone through Phase 1: Trauma Transformation and have a fundamental embodiment practice that incorporates the Four Quadrants of Embodiment.

Phase 1: Core Curriculum (January-April 2027)

  • Three 90-minute virtual classroom sessions per month

  • One Practicum (practical application of concepts) per month


Phase 2: Mentorship (May-July 2027)

  • Ongoing support for client sessions via WhatsApp

  • Monthly mentorship calls

  • Free participation in all workshops
